My Role

I handled the complete brand transformation and website development, refreshing their logo with updated typography and warm hospitality colors. Beyond design, I renamed their service packages for personality, built an immersive gallery system, and engineered a complex PDF automation workflow that turned digital forms into branded documents—eliminating hours of manual paperwork for the Party Liquor team.

Challenges Faced

Creating an automated questionnaire-to-PDF system pushed me into uncharted territory—Webflow doesn't natively support PDF generation. Mapping form data through Make to CraftMyPDF while maintaining brand consistency required learning three platforms simultaneously. The client needed different PDF templates for each package type, meaning multiple automation workflows. Making cocktail photography load quickly while looking crisp on retina displays added another layer of optimization complexity.

Process & Discovery

Research revealed competitors used boring package names like "Bronze/Silver/Gold"—we went playful with "Life of the Party" and "Main Event" instead. The warm color palette drew inspiration from wine tones and speakeasy ambiance. Studying their manual questionnaire process exposed a massive time sink, leading to the PDF automation solution that became the project's unexpected hero feature.

Design Overview

The design balances sophistication with celebration through muted reds and rich browns that evoke wine and warmth. Cocktail photography takes center stage—because stunning drinks sell themselves. Interactive galleries let visitors explore past events with smooth transitions and loading animations. Typography mixes elegant serifs for headlines with clean sans-serifs for readability, while playful package names add personality without sacrificing professionalism.

The Results

The results & business impact after site launch

The 3.8k monthly visitor increase and 40% inquiry boost proved the rebrand resonated with event planners. But the real win was the PDF automation—saving 15+ hours weekly on manual questionnaire processing. The 500+ automated mappings meant consistent, professional documentation for every client interaction.  The immersive gallery became their best sales tool, with clients often referencing specific events they wanted to recreate.
